HELP US CELEBRATE Manifest’s 6th anniversary by joining us on the Vernal Equinox for an evening of culinary delights and fantastic entertainment at NE Portland’s wonderful Francis Restaurant.
IRON CHEF DINNER
We’ll be eating & judging two five-course meals prepared by 2 competing teams of all-star chefs. (2 x 5 = ten-course dinner!) We are fortunate and grateful to have the food, as well as the facility - especially on a Saturday night - provided through the generosity of the Francis Restaurant.

Cabaret will be emceed by Portland’s own fabulous Zora Phoenix (photo below, right).

OUR GOAL is to raise $5,000. at this event for Manifest’s Diversity Outreach Program. This new program will survey & empower five underserved, at-risk groups of men in the Portland area: 1) men without health insurance, 2) men living with chronic illness (heart disease, cancer, diabetes, HIV & depression), 3) men of color, 4) men 18-29, & 5) men over 55.

Reservations are required for attendance at the Iron Chef Dinner & Cabaret. Food costs, as well as planning & preparation time and space limitations necessitate that we have both your registration and donation by 5 pm on Thursday, 3/18. You may donate online, by phone with a credit card payment, by mail or by hand delivering it so that it reaches us at the Manifest Studio (4906 NE 22nd, Portland, OR 97211) no later than 5 pm on 3/18.
You may RSVP by selecting to be on the Waiting List. This will not guarantee admission to the event, but will provide you an opportunity to attend if space is available. If you are interested in attending, but are not able to commit at this time, we encourage you to respond on the Waiting List. If you do so, you are welcome to come back and make a “reservation” later, if tickets are still available.
The Waiting List will also be available to use if you find that all the reservations are filled. Then if space becomes available, we will refer to the Waiting List.
We do not ask those on the Waiting List to get your donation to us until the start of the event itself.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event you cancel your reservation, we will honor your request for a refund of your donation if you notify us of your cancellation by 5 pm on Thursday, 3/18. Refunds will not be given for any cancellations received after 5 pm, 3/18.
SPONSOR: Donations benefit Manifest, a non-profit men’s wellness community empowering men to pursue their wellness visions & passions together in more than 50 events monthly; no one turned away for lack of funds; work-study available if call in advance to schedule volunteer hours.
