YOGAEROBICS (Manifest NE Studio)

Whole-person celebration to stretch & strengthen your muscles & heart, burn calories, improve balance, & uplift your spirit

Mondays, 7:30-9:00 pm

GOALS:
1) increase the muscle to fat ratio by burning fat and exercising the muscles
2) enhance flexibility
3) strengthen the heart & circulatory system
4) improve balance and core strength
5) enhance the muscle-mind connection
6) uplift the spirit
7) connect with other men

ACTIVITIES:
The following exercises are performed at various speeds and rhythms:
breathing, jumping, hopping, stepping, wiggling, twisting, swinging, squatting, skipping gallopping, smirking, smiling, giggling, rolling on the ground in histerics, standing, miming, stretching, resting, exerting, inspiring, expiring, perspiring.

DONATION:  First Class is FREE, thereafter you can donate in one of the following ways:

20 Class Card—$160 ($8/class)

10 Class Card—$100 ($10/class)

5 Class Card— $60 ($12/class)

Drop In— $15/class

Work Study—you can volunteer time at $10 per hour credit.  You must schedule our work study hours before attending class.  Please call Bart at 503-223-8822x2.

FACILITATOR:  PK Mandel has been studying the movement arts for twenty years including yoga, aerobics and gymnastics. He recently completed his massage education from Western States Chiropractic college and is pursuing the Oregon massage license.
