A simple, practical class for beginner’s & men who want to have fun developing body, mind, & spirit.  Learn fundamentals of Hatha & Vinyasa yoga (stretches, breath practices, & practical principles) so you can reduce stress & tension, increase energy & focus, and return to the vibrant flow of your life. EVENT DESCRIPTION:

FACILITATOR:  Bryan Rollins has been teaching adults & children yoga fundamentals for two years & seeks to create an intergenerational class.

SPONSOR:  Manifest, a non-profit men’s wellness community, empowers men in the Portland area to pursue their wellness visions & passions together in more than 60 events monthly.  No one turned away for lack of funds; work-study available if you call in advance to arrange your volunteer hours.

* Save money on our events by becoming a member:  $10/month gives you 1 free event/month; $50/month gives you 5 free events/month; $100/month allows you to attend all of our regular events free.  Members sometimes have to pay a small extra fee for special events.

* Work-Study Student:  you may donate time or time & money; please call 503-223-8822 x2 before your 1st class to schedule your work-study hours.
