Fulcrum Fitness (NE MLK nr Shaver)

A certified personal trainer will teach you simple, powerful weightlifting, aerobics & stretching weekly.

Once a month, Dr. Amy Johnson will lead a presentation on nutrition immediately following the fitness workout.

Both the exercise and nutrition programs of Core Truth are designed to help men build their immune systems & muscle mass while increasing energy & endurance and lowering blood sugar & cholesterol levels.

Routines will be tailored to your goals & abilities, and you’ll get support from a team of other men committed to improving their health & immune systems, packing on muscle mass, getting rid of stress, & eating well. 

CO-FACILITATORS:
Certified Personal Trainers Jon Guidone and David Levy will conduct all the fitness classes.

Jon Guidone’s athletic experience began with an interest in many sports as a kid.  Jon was a collegiate runner and is trained in massage.

David Levy, founder of Fulcrum Fitness, also was a college sprinter.  He has won championships as a competitive bodybuilding and has training as a Rehabilitation Assistant.  His work both with health practitioners & with coaches, along with his own athletic experience, has informed his development of the Fulcrum Method taught at Fulcrum Fitness.

Nutrition seminars will be presented by Amy Johnson, PhD (Nursing, OHSU).  Dr. Johnson is Fulcrum’s in-house nutritionist & is currently studying to be a Nutritional Excellence Trainer.
