May Spirit guide us . . .

“Thanks to Manifest I have a home, a place to practice & teach yoga, and a place to dance. I appreciate being part of a community where we respect one another’s space and nurture one another to grow.”
— Levi Banner, 26, break dancer, yoga teacher, & green energy advocate

LEARN TOGETHER:  Learn the basics of sustainable gardening by working on one another’s gardens every Sunday afternoon—facilitated by visiting master gardeners and our growing collective intuition.  Our team also learns by visiting community gardens, local nurseries, farms and volunteering for Growing Gardens, a non-profit that helps low-income families learn to garden..

FACILITATOR:  Bryan Rollins has been a gardener & educator working in residential and community gardens for 2 years and is a food sustainability organizer in Portland.

* DONATIONS and MEMBERSHIP DUES benefit Manifest, a non-profit men’s wellness community empowering diverse men in the Portland area to pursue their wellness visions & passions with one another in more than 60 events monthly.  No one turned away for lack of funds; work-study available if you call in advance to arrange your volunteer hours.
Save money on our events by becoming a member:  $10/month gives you 1 free event/month; $50/month gives you 5 free events/month; $100/month allows you to attend all of our regular events free.  Members sometimes have to pay a small extra fee for special events.  See details at manifestpdx.org/join or click on Join/Donate tab at top of page.
