Bad time management is one of the leading sources of stress and chronic illness & pain.  When you figure out what your priorities are, and then stick to them in how you spend your time, your life starts to work.  You and the people you interact with are happier and feel more fulfilled.  When you have good time managment habits, you are more adaptable, and know how to gracefully reorganize how you’re spending your time to reflect changed priorities or circumstances.

Learn essential skills for setting & changing priorities.  Establish healthy time management habits based on your own values and goals.  Work with a coach who specializes in personal and professional development in an interactive learning environment.
