In this group you will learn a simple, practical technique you can use for the rest of your life to manage stress, anxiety, and its resultant depression. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) involves transforming your experience of triggering events or phrases using simple tapping on your body. EFT is based on a blend of techniques from traditional Chinese medicine and modern understandings of trauma recovery. By working in a group, you can learn and benefit from everyone’s experience & healing process. INSTRUCTOR: Tom Startzman, R.N., has been a registered nurse for 29 years, is a certified EFT Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist.
