MANIFEST 5-YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY

Everyone is invited to celebrate Manifest’s Five-Year Anniversary with a wonderful party at the beautiful home of Terry Bean in the west hills.  On the Vernal Equinox, of course our theme is “Coming out for Spring.”  Attire is “spring festive.”  Hors d’oeuvre, Soup, Salad & Drinks will be served.  Several inspiring men’s wellness leaders will speak briefly during the party about the past, present, and future of men’s wellness in the Portland area, as well as about their own personal wellness journeys.  Featured speakers include:

* Michael Kaplan, the amazing HIV+ new Executive Director of Cascade AIDS Project
* Jack Cox, one of the founders of Portland ACT UP and a long-time HIV & community organizer
* Brian Taylor, Manifest board member and head nurse at the Multnomah County HIV Clinic who has provided care to hundreds of men for more than 15 years
* Bart Church, Manifest’s interim executive director, who has been organizing men’s wellness organizations & programs for more than 20 years
