5 Essential steps to Moving Forward with Your Life

Sunday, 8/9 2-5pm

This 3 hour workshop implements five steps that are necessary to make any movement towards a more fulfilling life.  The workshop will provide direction, take stock of where you are, and firm-up commitments.  You will explore 8 areas of your life (e.g., health, relationships, work, finances, spirituality, play, etc.) where action needs to be taken and change will be seen.

Explore:
• What do you want?
• Where are you now?
• Where do you want to start?
• What are your first steps?
• What is you level of Commitment?

Each participant will exit with a powerful, clear and concise strategy for making powerful changes in his life.

DONATION:  $10-30.  No one turned away for lack of funds.  Work-study available.
