MEDITATION GROUP (Digital Mandala Studio)
Reduce stress by releasing pressures and outside influences. Learn to center your attention inward. MEN’S MEDITATION GROUP Meditation helps many people relieve stress, feel calmer and more focused, and be more creative and connected to your natural flow. In this group you’ll receive basic meditation instruction and simple, silent sitting and walking practice weekly, on-going support for establishing your own regular meditation practice, and the fellowship of other men from diverse backgrounds who are interested in meditation and mindfulness. This group is for men with all levels of meditation experience, and those with none. Each session includes brief meditation instruction, two 20-minute silent sits separated by a 10-minute silent walking meditation, followed by an inspirational reading & discussion. CO-FACILITATORS: Palmer Pardington, an Episcopal priest and long-time meditator, and Bill Chin, who has been meditating for two years.
