Learn to live well longer by supporting one another in better eating, exercise, supplementation, stress management, & attitudes 2/28 NEW MEN’S AGING WELL WORKSHOP Local naturopathic, exercise, & nutrition experts lead a learning circle on how men can increase the efficiency of your metabolism, eat well, have fun with exercise, and create community for sustaining behaviors that will help you age well. On average men in Oregon die 5 years before women of completely preventable conditions. Together we can live longer well. Topics will include better managing stress, optimal nutrition, staying motivated, & proper supplementation. Facilitated by Jason Christensen & other exercise & nutrition experts. $15-$45 sliding scale; no one turned away for lack of funds.
