Through powerful teamwork discover and achieve your potential for physical, mental, & emotional vitality.  Learn holistic fitness through yoga, total body work-out (weight-training/cardio/stretching), Ayurvedic detox & nutrition, and rigorous investigation of who you are, who you want to be, & how to really embody wellness, love, & awe.

Fit Club is an intensive program of study on the Body and Mind which allows Spirit to break free from the binds created by the Mind’s incessant need to control.  During the program, you will attend weekly workouts and yoga sessions to get the body performing at a higher capacity.  You will learn techniques to cleanse the body from the outside in and the inside out.  This detoxification of the body also helps to rid impurities of the mind (all that excess mental chatter that serves no one, especially us).  Each Saturday you will attend a 3 hour workshop on specified Body, Mind, Fitness topics.  This program will help you take ownership of your life by gaining tools to teach yourself how to live life presently.  You will have homework which needs to be completed on time each week.  This homework will be written, physical, meditations, affirmations and more.  It is a requirement for the course.

You will work under the guidance of holistic fitness practitioners and other holistic healers to meet your goals.  You will be pushed to your limits, physically, mentally and emotionally.  We want to find out where your edge is so that we can go deeper with our work.  We will find that edge together, then hold hands and leap.
