MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION (Manifest NE Studio)

Beginning & Intermediate Students learn to create a daily yoga & meditation practice

MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION
Monday-Friday, 6:00-8:00 am

Beginning & intermediate students learn to create a daily yoga & meditation practice (Saddhana).  You can attend any or all of the following parts of the class:

5:30-6:00 am Pranyama:  yogic breath practices
6:00-6:30 am Meditation
6:30-7:30 am Asana (yoga strethches)

TEACHERS:

Bart Church, who has studied yoga & Ayurveda for 24 years (under certified Iyengar & Raja Yoga instructors) and taught therapeutic yoga for more than 14 years.

Levi Banner was trained at 7 Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, AZ. He is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, and has Kundalini and Iyengar training. Levi moved to Portland, OR from Eugene, OR last September and has been teaching at People’s food co-op. He is a professional break dancer and is involved in environmental work

DONATIONS:  1ST Class is free; $8-$15/class sliding scale thereafter benefits Manifest, a non-profit men’s wellness community.
