Beginning & Intermediate Students learn to create a daily yoga & meditation practice

MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION
Monday-Friday, 6:30-8:30 am
Manifest Studio (nr. NE 22nd & Alberta St.)
• Drop In— $15/class
• 1st class is FREE if you bring a friend
• FREE for Manifest members, subject to your membership level


Beginning & intermediate students learn to create a daily yoga & meditation practice (Saddhana).  You can attend any or all of the following parts of the class:

  * 6:30-7:00 am Pranyama Breath Practices
  * 7:00-7:30 am Silent Meditation
  * 7:30-8:30 am Asana (Yoga Stretching)


TEACHER:  Bart Church, who has studied yoga & Ayurveda for 24 years (under certified Iyengar & Raja Yoga instructors) and taught therapeutic yoga for more than 14 years.


DONATIONS:  1ST Class is free; $15/class sliding scale thereafter benefits Manifest, a non-profit men’s wellness community.
