MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION (Manifest NE Studio)

Beginning & Intermediate Students learn to create a daily yoga & meditation practice

MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION
Monday-Friday, 6:00-8:30 am

Beginning & intermediate students learn to create a daily yoga & meditation practice (Saddhana).  You can attend any or all of the following parts of the class:

6:00-6:30 am Pranyama:  yogic breath practices
6:30-7:00 am Meditation
7:00-8:30 am Asana (yoga stretches)

TEACHER:  Bart Church, who has studied yoga & Ayurveda for 24 years (under certified Iyengar & Raja Yoga instructors) and taught therapeutic yoga for more than 14 years.


DONATIONS:  1ST Class is free; $8-$15/class sliding scale thereafter benefits Manifest, a non-profit men’s wellness community.
