GOALS: To help students learn a simple, powerful Qigong form which will be the foundation for a daily practice of Qigong. ACTIVITIES: Movement, Breathwork, Visualization, Daoist philosophy and Meditation. BENEFITS participants can expect: Practicing Qigong can help to bring out and heal old, deep seated patterns of dis-ease within the bodymind, resulting in greater levels of energy, clarity, and peace. This is a Grounding practice, helping one to remember one’s ‘home within the body’. FACILITATOR: Ryan Powell, who has been practicing Qigong for 13 years. Ryan has been a dedicated student of Qigong Master Zhongxian Wu since 2002 and has traveled to China with his teacher to deepen his connection and understanding of the roots of Qigong.
