This class is for men who are ready to establish a daily yoga practice tailored to their specific goals & abilities.  Both beginners & intermediate students will enjoy this small, highly individualized approach that gives you a broad experience of Kripalu-based yoga stretches and breath practices.  From this foundation, the instructor each week will help you adapt what you learn in class to your home practice. 

You’ll find this class challenging and physically strengthening.  You’ll also develop a playful discipline essential to daily practice by studying with other men who are committed to daily practice.  If you’ve always wanted to develop a strong spiritual & physical practice that supports your highest goals in life, you will be amazed how collective support & practice can help you.

INSTRUCTOR:  Lance DeMuth has been studying yoga since the age of thirteen, and was certified as a Kripalu Yoga teacher in 2005. He’s undergone additional trainings with senior teachers in the Kripalu tradition. Lance’s goal as a teacher is to provide physically challenging classes that are fun and non-competitive, while empowering his students with the support and guidance needed to use the physical practices of yoga along with mental focus and energetic awareness to open internal doorways that lead to altered states of consciousness, self discovery, healing, and freedom.
