Both beginners & intermediate students will enjoy this small, highly individualized approach that gives you a broad experience of Kripalu-based yoga stretches and breath practices. From this foundation, the instructor each week will help you adapt what you learn in class to your home practice. You’ll find this class challenging and physically strengthening. You’ll also develop a playful discipline essential to daily practice by studying with other men who are committed to daily practice.
