Bill Chin, 48, serves as Secretary of Manifest’s Board of Directors.  A native of Portland, he is an IT Project Manager and the proud gay dad of two daughters.  Bill loves the outdoors year around - in the summer as a cyclist and as an avid snowboarder in the winter.  He has been involved with Manifest/Q-LAND for two years.  Each week, Bill attends two of the several yoga classes offered at Manifest and he also co-facilitates the mens’ meditation group.
