YOGA FOR STRESS
Thursdays weekly, 7:45-9:00 pm
Manifest Studio (nr. NE 22nd & Alberta St.)

• 1st class is FREE if you bring a friend.

This class focuses on breathing (pranayama) and asana practice. This class creates an environment to bring you back in touch with what is real and present for you. An invitation to gently ease you back home.

ACTIVITIES: Pranayama, Asana

GOALS: Relaxation, Breathing, Grounding the mind and body, Being Present

BENEFITS: Clarity, peace, stillness of mind. Relaxation, stimulating muscle groups, organs, and nerves.

FACILITATOR: Shane Seven Wolfe received his Yoga teaching certification in the Spring of 2007 and has been teaching Sivananda style yoga for 3+ years.  Shane is also a licensened meditation facilitator.

SPONSOR: Manifest, a non-profit men’s wellness community empowering men in the Portland area to pursue their wellness visions & passions together in more than 60 events monthly. No one turned away for lack of funds; work-study available if you call in advance to arrange your volunteer hours.

*Save money on our events by becoming a member: $10/month gives you 1 free event/month; $50/month gives you 5 free events/month; $100/month allows you at attend any of our events free. Members sometimes have to pay a small extra fee for special events.
