Manifest Programs

We empower men to pursue their wellness passions together in more than 30 events & programs each month, which we divide into the following categories:  1) Yoga & Meditation, 2) Fitness, 3) Eating Well, 4) Healing Touch, 5) Love & Intimacy, 6) Fun & Community, 7) Affordable Housing & Community, 8) Work & Abundance.

1. YOGA & MEDITATION

•  CORE YOGA:  beginning & intermediate students increase strength & flexibility at their core; Mondays; 6:15-7:30 pm, Charles Airey, Kripalu teacher for more than 20 years

•  THERAPEUTIC YOGA:  use yoga to address specific wellness goals/challenges; Wednesdays, 6:15-8:15 pm Bart Church, Iyengar & Raja Yoga Instructor 14 years

•  FLOW YOGA:  connect your breathing, body, & mind with the powerful flow of life; Thursdays, 6:00-7:15 pm, Charles Airey, Kripalu teacher for 20 years

•  MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION:  beginning & intermediate students learn to create a daily practice in community; M-F, 5:30-6:30 am Pranyama & Meditation, 6:30-8:00 am Yoga Asana, Bart Church & Levi Banner

•  MEDITATION GROUP:  silent sitting & walking meditation, inspirational reading & conversation, tea & cookies; 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, 7-9 pm, Rob Downer, M.Div.

2. FITNESS

•  WANDERLUST CYCLING & HOT TUBBING:  have fun exploring the city by bike, eating, & an optional hot tub; Mondays weekly, 6:30 pm Bart Church & Dennis

•  MEN"S SELF DEFENSE CLASS:  embody the immense strength of flowing with what is; 7:00-8:15 pm, David Scheer, Certified Aikido Instructor with 20 years of self defense & martial arts experience

•  ECO-HIKES:  learn about & experience nature in community; 1st Sunday & 3rd Saturday, 9:30 am-3 pmish, David Barts & Bart Church

3. EATING WELL

•  GARDENING & FOOD SUSTAINABILITY TEAM: learn practical food gardening techniques from master gardeners & peers by actually working on your garden and other men’s garden’s as a team; 10 am - 1 pm, Saturdays.  Bryan Rollins, an experienced gardener and long-time food sustainability community organizer.

•  MEN’S AGING WELL TEAM:  Learn to live well longer by supporting one another in better eating, exercise, supplementation, stress management, & attitudes; 10 am - 1 pm, Saturday, 2/28/09.  Jason Christensen, a long-time student of aging well and several nutrition and exercise experts.

4. HEALING TOUCH

•  MEN TOUCHING WITH HEART:  LMT-facilitated healing touch exchange; 3rd Tuesday, 7-10 pm Fynn M’llyr and various LMTs

5. LOVE & INTIMACY

•  Sex, Intimacy & Spirit Group:  let go of fear & shame and embody authentic, passionate relationships; Mondays weekly, 7-9 pm, David Franklin

6. FUN & COMMUNITY

•  SOUL TALK: use writing & heart sharing to explore your dreams and what challenges, excites, or confuses you; Thursdays weekly, 6:30-8:00 pm, Jeffrey Smith, M.S., & Eric Zimmerman

•  FREE-FOR-ALL OPEN HOUSE: enjoy free wellness classes, potluck lunch, & connecting with people who share your wellness passions; 3rd Saturdays, 10 am – 4:30 pm

7. HOUSING & COMMUNITY

•  MEN’S VISION HOUSE: affordable housing & intentional community; Various events, Bart Church

8. FULFILLING WORK

•  WORK & ABUNDANCE PEER SUPPORT GROUP:  team helps you manifest work you love that brings you abundance; 2nd & 4th Mondays, 8:00-9:30 pm, Ehab Elhanafy
